My comment about the Costa Rica piece is simply that there is no discussion of the Limonenses, the people who migrated from Jamaica to Costa Rica, producing the large African population in that country. ![]() While I still find some areas that need attention, for example, the piece on Costa Rica that hangs out without any material reason to be in the Encarta Africana as it is written, I can say in all honesty that the Encarta Africana 2000 goes a long way toward providing a springboard for intellectual adventure.
